Our Standard Shipping does not include tracking service. If you would like to have your package registered , please contact us and we will revise the invoice for you. Do not make the payment until we revise it for you.
NOTE : Registered Post service is priced for an additional SGD$3.50 on top of the standard shipping cost .
SHIPPING :
Please allow 4-7 working days for deliveries within Australia & 5-7 days to a maximum 14-21 days depending on air mail mode of courier selected for international deliveries. Surface mail if applicable takes 2-3 months.
RETURN POLICY :
ONLY REGISTERED ITEMS broken / damaged during transit shall be replaced with the same / similar item . If item is Out Of Stock / unavailable, refund in the form of a merchandise credit shall be given or a refund of the item's price will be made through PAYPAL. No Refund for Shipping cost. Replacement / Refund is available ONLY if the Damaged merchandise is returned in its original packaging within 14 days from date it was received. Buyer to cover shipping costs incurred.
