Store Policy:

Tax policy:

  • Sales Tax is applicable to both item and shipping cost.
  • Sales Tax rates for
    • Canadian Buyers: Ontario - GST & PST ; New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland - HST. Other Provinces: GST .
    • US Buyers: please refer to the listing or contact us before making the purchase.
    • Other than US& Canada: no sales tax.
  • International Buyers (outside of US & Canada) - Please Note:
    • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
    • Please check with your country‚Äôs customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
    • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
    • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as 'gifts' - US, Canada, and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Payment:

  • We accept Paypal payment (only for ship out orders), Visa / Master Card. Our Paypal account is order@btecanada.com
  • We accept Bank or Postal Office Money Order for US & Canadian buyers, personal check is not accepted. Please send your payment and make it payable to:

  • For international buyer we may only accept Wire Transfer for security reason. Wire transfer info is available when requested.
  • For local pickup we accept Cash, Debit card payment only. Please note you must contact us to obtain confirmation before come to pickup your order.

Shipping & Return:

  • Due to volatile market, all items are non-refundable, defective items can only be exchanged to the same item.
  • Please contact us to get RA (return authorization) before return any item to us otherwise the return may be rejected or left unattended.
  • We only cover return shipping cost (no more than the original paid shipping amount) for returns due to incorrect shipment or listing errors. Defective must be shipped back to us or manufacturer on buyer's cost.
  • Returns from U.S.A. must indicate the returned product as a defective return and declare product value on the customs form ($5 value) otherwise we may refuse the return due to customs and brokerage fees.
  • The above return & warranty policy is only for US & Canadian buyers. International buyers other then US & Canada must get warranty from corresponding manufacturer. We do not offer warranty replacement or return for international buyer due to high shipping cost.

Other Policy:

  • All items are brand new with corresponding manufacturer warranty unless specified in the item description.
  • Due to volatile market, we require imediate payment upon purchase, if you need more time to make payment please contact us.
  • Order discrepency or damage shipment must be reported to us within 24 hours from the day receive the order.
  • We comitted to the total customer satisification and want to bring you best online shopping experience. If for any reason you are not happy with the purchase or our service please do let us know before leave netural or negative feedback. We will do our best to solve the problem.
